- 2009  - VLM Project - Study of the virulence factor MgtC and of its inhibition by a natural peptide in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and in nontuberculous mycobacteria.  In collaboration with Anne-Blanc Potard (CNRS - Montpellier).

 

- 2009/2011 - ANR/ERA-NET PathoGenoMics PATHOMICS:  Host-pathogen protein-protein interactomes and their influence on the host metabolome. This project gathered together 7 europeans laboratories.

 

​- 2008/2010  - Post Doctoral fellowship from the Fondation pour le Recherche Medicale (FRM) - Role of the Tat export system in the virulence of P. aeruginosa. Funding attributed to Bérengère Ize
